orrighty, quick update today.
been in a bit of a grey funk lately so decided the best way to banish those demons would be to go out on friday and saturday night and come home at 3 in the morning both times just for old time's sake. had a great weekend, though sunday was spent lying on couch watching chick-flick (in her shoes - alright but quite bad) and eating chocolate (lindor balls i bought for mark, bless 'im).
friday night was at the espy, saw dj diplo and was that fun or what? we elbowed our way to the front of the stage and got there in time for richi's set, which was excellent. diplo went off, danced like crazy - it was veeeery sweaty in the gershwin. then we came out and sat out the front having beers, was nice and cool, felt good to be out there at two in the morning. then saturday was a mate's fortieth, vegas theme party. found a cool top at savers for seven bucks, so i was quite happy (it looked crap on their rack, but it blossomed on mine). i paired it with gold hoop earrings and one of my mum's necklaces from the seventies - felt very foxy brown.
